Privacy policy

This describes how Brasilê currently operates. It is not legal advice. We operate in Ontario and handle personal information along PIPEDA principles.

Brasilê collects what we need to run the market: waitlist name, email, optional phone, city, and an optional comment; later, order name, phone, email, delivery address, and order history. We do not store card numbers.

Waitlist details are used to announce when online orders open and to understand demand in the region. Marketing email is sent only with a separate, optional consent that is off by default. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at info@brasile.ca. We do not sell contact lists.

The public website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Waitlist records may be stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and/or AWS, in Canada or the United States depending on the region in use. Analytics tools may record visits, campaign links (such as utm_source), and device type so we can see how people find Brasilê.

We operate in Ontario, Canada, and follow PIPEDA principles: consent, limited collection, safeguards, and transparency. The site uses HTTPS.
